Combining the study of linguistics and foreign languages
It is possible to combine a major or minor in linguistics with a major or minor in another discipline, including the study of a specific foreign language. What follows are possibilities for combining the study of linguistics and French; similar programs can be worked out for other languages as well.
Similar programs combining the
study of linguistics and German, Spanish, Russian, or Italian are
possible.
For more information about combining linguistics with foreign
language study, see Prof. Carol
Neidle, 353-6218.
