Congratulations to Prof. Charles Chang on receiving the Early Career Award from the Linguistic Society of America (LSA)! The LSA’s Early Career Award “recognizes scholars early in their career who have made outstanding contributions to the field of linguistics”. Prof. Chang’s award is “for contributions to the understanding of bilingual sound systems and cross-linguistic interactions, phonetic drift, and language learning over the lifespan, and to fostering diversity and inclusion within linguistics”.
